Manager, Direct Tax Compliance & Reporting

You'll support multi-country client engagements in tax accounting and direct tax, providing Group Tax Accounting/Reporting services under US GAAP and IFRS. In this role, you'll contribute to process improvement and help redesign how we deliver tax compliance and reporting, ensuring efficient, high-quality outcomes for our clients. Tax Accounting & Reporting duties include:

• Support the preparation and review of interim, quarterly, and year-end global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP
\n
• Assist with tax reporting deliverables from controllers and tax managers across the Group
\n
• Contribute to US GAAP and IFRS disclosure preparation, including reconciliation of GAAP differences
\n
• Maintain tax provision memoranda and supporting documentation
\n
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX documentation and audit processes
\n
• Key client contact, communicating with clients and building strong relationships.
