Management Accountant

We're partnering with a highly regarded, values-led consumer brand to recruit a Management Accountant into a growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys getting into the detail, partnering with stakeholders and helping drive business performance.

This role offers far more than month-end reporting. You'll play a key role in providing insight to the wider business, improving processes and supporting strategic decision-making within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts for multiple entities
\n
• Producing meaningful analysis and commentary on performance
\n
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
\n
• Monitoring performance against budget and highlighting risks and opportunities
\n
• Business partnering with operational teams across the organisation
\n
• Conducting cost and profitability analysis
\n
• Supporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives
\n
• Assisting with audit requirements and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
\n

We're keen to speak with individuals who are:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
\n
• Experienced in preparing management accounts within a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong users of Excel and finance systems
\n
• Commercially minded and naturally curious
\n
• Confident in communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
\n
• Proactive, hands-on and keen to improve processes
\n
• Comfortable working independently whilst also being a collaborative team player.
