Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Managing customer enquiries, quotations, and order updates.
\n
• Coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
\n
• Monitoring order progress and communicating delivery schedules.
\n
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
\n
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a customer service, customer support, or order processing role.
\n
• Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
\n
• A positive, solutions-focused approach to customer service.
\n
