Accounts Semi Senior

With continued growth and investment in their team, they offer an excellent environment for career development and progression.Your new roleIn this role, you will work closely with senior staff and managers to support the delivery of accounts and advisory services to a varied portfolio of clients.Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
\n
• Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting.
\n
• Supporting the completion of VAT returns
\n
• Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries
\n
• Assisting with audits (if applicable)
\n
• Supporting senior team members on more complex assignments
\n
• Maintaining accurate working papers and meeting deadlines
\n

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be part-qualified (ACCA) or AAT qualified and looking to continue your studies within practice.You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
\n
• Experience preparing accounts for SMEs
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
