They are currently seeking a dynamic Retail Floor Planner to join their team at their Head Office in Plymouth.

Day-to-day of the role:

    \n
  • Develop accurate and commercially effective store layout plans using AutoCAD to support new store openings, refits, and seasonal floor changes.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with buyers and analysts to ensure layouts align with trading priorities, range plans, and merchandising strategies.
  • \n
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation for all store layouts, ensuring version control and audit accuracy.
  • \n
  • Support the review, update, and amendment of layout plans in response to business requirements or performance insights.
  • \n
  • Manage workload efficiently to ensure all layouts are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Experience in a commercial or retail environment, with a strong attention to detail and an organised, analytical approach.
  • \n
  • Creative, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while showing initiative.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with experience using AutoCAD or a comparable design package.
  • \n
  • An effective team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a customer-focused mindset, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
