\nThe Role – Insolvency Administrator
\nWorking as part of a specialist insolvency team, you will support the management and administration of a portfolio of mainly corporate insolvency cases, with responsibility for handling your own portfolio of smaller assignments.
\nThe role will involve managing a variety of tasks, including:

- Assisting with the administration of corporate and personal insolvency cases \n
- Supporting senior team members with case progression and compliance requirements \n
- Managing the realisation of assets, including book debts, property, and funds held \n
- Reviewing and dealing with creditor claims and queries \n
- Liaising with banks to obtain relevant financial information and documentation \n
- Assisting with employee-related matters, including correspondence, claims, and liaison with relevant bodies \n
- Preparing and submitting statutory and regulatory returns where required \n
- Responding to telephone and written enquiries from stakeholders \n
- Providing general administrative support across the insolvency team \n
About You
\nThe successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an insolvency environment and be looking to continue developing their career within this specialist area.
\nYou will have:

- Previous experience within an insolvency team (ideally 2–3 years or more) \n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills \n
- The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines \n
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team \n
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems \n
- Experience using insolvency case management software would be advantageous, although training will be provided \n
