• Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly residential care home.

• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.

• A proven track record of maintaining high standards and leading successful inspections.

• An approachable, supportive leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong occupancy, budget management and people management experience.
\n
• Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
