Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Managing & developing existing customer accounts
\n
• Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat business & upsell seasonal products
\n
• Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
\n
• Handling enquiries, resolving issues & turning challenges into opportunities
\n
• Liaising with warehouse & transport teams to keep customers updated
\n
• Speaking with suppliers regarding deliveries & order changes
\n
• Working towards team sales targets with support from the Head of Sales
\n
• Maintaining accurate CRM records & sales activity
\n

To be successful as an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll ideally have:

\n
• Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or a customer-facing sales role
\n
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
\n
• A proactive, target-driven approach
\n
• Strong organisation & attention to detail
\n
• Confidence using CRM systems & Microsoft Office
\n
• A background in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG would be advantageous
\n
• A full UK driving licence & your own transport, as you'll work between the North Baddesley & Southampton sites
\n
