Branch Supervisor

Our client with a Branch based in the Mildenhall area is looking to recruit a Branch Supervisor/Manager on a fulltime permanent basis. Working as part of a national organisation with branches in the UK currently expanding there operations so now is a great time to join a well established but growing business.

As a Branch Supervisor you will have responsibility for the profitability of the branch and day to day running of the branch. Having the full support of the national sales manager to help.

Branch Supervisor job role: -

• Day to day management of a small team

• Achieve profit contributions in-line with the financial forecast.
\n
• Manage all accounts in line with customer and company expectations.
\n
• Ensure the company’s full range of products are professionally displayed at all times.
\n
• Coordinate and resolve all customer care issues as required in line with the company guidelines and procedures.
\n
• To ensure that all scheduled work is inspected, stored and despatched to the agreed quality standards.
\n
• Ensure the division operates within budgeted costs.
\n

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role within a trade Branch and are looking to join a business that offers real opportunities in the future. The role is Monday to Friday no weekends and the salary is circa £35k plus bonuses on hitting targets etc.
