Marketing Manager
\nWirral based – Hybrid Working – Salary up to £45k – Depending on Experience
\nMy client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead their brand growth within the motorcycling community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who truly understands rider culture and wants to play a key role in building a brand that connects with motorcyclists across the UK.
\nYou’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing activity—from planning and executing campaigns to creating engaging content and building partnerships across the motorcycling world.
\nResponsibilities:

- Leading and delivering marketing campaigns across digital channels, partnerships, and events \n
- Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials \n
- Managing and growing the brands social media presence \n
- Building relationships with motorcycle clubs, influencers, and industry partners \n
- Identifying new opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and brand visibility \n
- Designing marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite \n
- Supporting events, sponsorships, and community initiatives \n
- Analysing campaign performance and using insights to optimise results \n
- Collaborate with external designers or agencies \n
- Support the promotion of campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives across digital channels \n
Skills Required:

- Proven experience in a similar senior Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management \n
- Strong understanding of social media and community engagement strategies \n
- Creative flair with the ability to produce compelling content \n
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite \n
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities \n
- A genuine passion for motorcycling and understanding of rider culture is desirable \n
- Knowledge of video editing – desirable \n
