• Manage day to day activity across social media channels

• Create engaging content including copy, images, videos and graphics
\n
• Support paid and organic social media campaigns and monitor performance
\n
• Track analytics and produce insights to improve content performance
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events and communications
\n
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
\n

About You\n

• Previous experience in a social media or digital content role
\n
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
\n
• Experience creating multimedia content for social platforms
\n
• Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools
\n
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
\n
• A collaborative team player with a creative mindset
\n
• Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite or similar CRM platforms
\n
• Understanding of AI tools for content creation
\n
