Are you a highly skilled Vehicle Technician or Master Technician looking for your next challenge? My client, a well-established main dealership in Ashford, is expanding their team and seeking a dedicated Master Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop.

About the Role:

As a Master Technician, you will:

• Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and major engine repairs.
\n
• Use the latest diagnostic equipment to detect faults and recommend solutions.
\n
• Support the Workshop Controller by overseeing and delegating work.
\n
• Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards in all repairs and servicing.
\n
• Attend ongoing training and development to stay ahead in the industry.
\n
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
\n
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
\n
• A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
\n
• Experience working in a main dealership is desirable but not essential.
\n
