Job Summary

The Formative Few are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in South West London, seeking Nursery Practitioners (Level 3+) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
\n
• Observe, assess, and track children’s development
\n
• Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes
\n
• Maintain accurate records and reports
\n
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
\n
• Work collaboratively within a team
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
\n
• Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or education setting (preferred)
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
\n
• Genuine interest in child development
\n

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Various shift patterns between 7:15am – 6:30pm

(1-hour lunch break + additional rest break)
