IFA Senior Client Administrator
Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm of Financial Planners based in Central London. They have been established for over 30 years and due to on-going success require a Senior Client Services Administrator plays a key role in the Administration Team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of new business, maintaining client records and managing essential administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of financial platforms and processes.

\nRegulatory Awareness – Understanding compliance requirements within an IFA environment.
\n\nDesirable: To be working towards or achievement of a Level 4 relevant industry qualification.
\n\nDuties:
\n\nAccurately process new business on Curo using event lists.
\nProcess new business on relevant platforms.
\nMonitor new business through Curo event lists.
\nUpdate Curo with new client information and perform data cleansing.
\nProcess withdrawals and contributions onto platforms.
\nHandle key transactions including drawdowns, Bed & SIPP, Bed & ISA.
\nPre-complete provider forms for clients.
\nProduce review packs for adviser meetings.
\nSchedule client annual review meetings.
\nSupporting Administrators as required
\nIssue suitability reports and post-meeting correspondence accurately and within agreed timescales.
\nEnter existing business transactions, including withdrawals, into Curo.
\nManage Curo processes for departed and deceased clients, ensuring accurate workflow completion.
\nProcess Letters of Authority and liaise with providers as required.
\nMaintain complete, accurate and compliant client documentation and records in line with business standards and regulatory requirements.
