This is a Chartered, fully independent financial planning firm with a boutique feel and a reputation for exceptional client care. The team is small, highly qualified and collaborative, giving you close access to advisers, paraplanners and client support specialists, meaning you’re never siloed and always supported.

The firm embraces modern technology, using advanced cashflow modelling tools and AI-supported report systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy. You’ll work in a detail driven, people focused culture where quality comes first and where your technical input genuinely shapes client outcomes.

With a HNW client base, complex planning needs and a strong emphasis on professional development, this is an ideal environment for a paraplanner who wants to grow, progress and work closely with Chartered planners.

You’ll provide technical paraplanning support to two Chartered planners, turning client discussions into high quality research, analysis and suitability reports. Work spans pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.

• Liaising with providers & maintaining compliant records

• Pre/post-sale admin where needed

• Improving paraplanning processes & templates

• Paraplanning experience
\n
• Strong technical knowledge (pensions, investments, protection, tax)
\n
• Excellent report writing & attention to detail
\n
• Confident with planning software (Voyant, CashCalc, Intelliflo)
\n
• Good FCA/regulatory understanding
\n
• Strong communication & organisational skills
\n
• Nice to have: Level 4 Diploma or working towards it
