This role offers the chance to work within a commercially focused environment, supporting the business with insight-driven analysis and contributing to ongoing growth and performance improvement.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insight across the organisation. You'll work closely with both finance and operational teams, helping to translate data into meaningful recommendations that influence decision-making.What You'll Be Doing:

- Assisting with financial planning cycles, including budget setting and periodic forecasting \n
- Analysing performance against expectations, highlighting key trends and areas of focus \n
- Creating and refining financial models to support business initiatives and investment decisions \n
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and interpret business performance metrics \n
- Producing regular financial updates and commentary for senior management \n
- Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue optimisation \n
- Contributing to business-critical projects and providing analytical support where needed \n
- Leveraging systems and tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes \n
Experience required:

- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) \n
- Experience operating within a commercial finance setting, ideally in a fast-paced or investor-backed organisation \n
- Strong capability in handling and interpreting financial data \n
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in building models and manipulating large datasets \n
- Comfortable presenting financial insights to colleagues outside of finance \n
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail \n
Hybrid working (3 days per week in London) Must be eligible to work in the UK. Paying between £, depending on experience.
