Plexus has partnered with a high-performing crypto prop trading firm managing nine figures in AUM, built by 10+ world-class traders, quant researchers and technologists many from top-tier TradFi institutions.

They are in search for a dynamic Quant Trader to join an expanding team of traders, quants & techs.

The Role

• Work closely with elite researchers and techs to develop, monitor and optimize trading strategies.

• Analyse Market Behaviour.
\n
• Drive performance across a range of a diverse range of crypto products and services.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Proven track record in quantitative trading.
\n
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, order flow dynamics, and statistical modelling.
\n
• Strong analytical and programming skills with the ability to work across research and live trading workflows
\n
• A collaborative mindset with the drive to perform at the highest level in a fast moving, data driven environment
