A Housing Association are looking for an Organisational Development Consultant in a newly established role. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

\nDescription
\nAn Organisational Development Consultant to:
\n- \n
- Provide a skills needs analysis to understand the skills internally, and what qualifications each individual has to ensure they are compliant with regulation \n
- Identify any individuals who require further qualifications and work with the HR Team to develop a plan \n
- Ensure the organisations workforce meets legal and statutory capability standards \n
- Develop frameworks to define what skills and behaviours are required for each role \n
- Work with the wider HR Team on organisational design, workforce plans, role design, learning pathways, job profile expectations and performance issues \n
- Mitigate risk by analysing the organisations compliance gaps and skills competence \n
- Partner with the wider HR Team to identify gaps \n
- Partner with the recruitment team to identify new attraction methods and skillsets they need to bring into the business to adhere to regulation \n
- Partner with the L&D team to shape learning and strategy pathways \n
- Ensure that structures and career pathways reflect competence and behaviour requirements \n
- Maintain oversight of the organisational current and future competence risk to identify gaps \n
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning \n
- Develop competency and behavioural frameworks \n
- Help shape initiatives to upskill the workforce and ensure development opportunities arise \n
- Define what 'good' looks like including skills, behaviours and accountability \n
Profile
\nAn Organisational Development Consultant with:
\n- \n
- Experience working in a regulatory standards environment, such as housing, legal, construction or finance services \n
- Strong communication and ability to build relationships \n
- Understanding of legislation regulation and how this relates to workforce competence \n
- Proven examples of demonstrating the key responsibilities in previous roles \n
Job Offer

\nUp to £65,000 dependent on experience
