Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Service Advisor to join their established team in Poole, Dorset. The Service Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced automotive environment, maintaining high standards, and supporting the growth of the dealership’s service department.Benefits of a Service Advisor:\n

• Competitive basic salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience

• OTE of £36,000 with achievable bonus scheme

• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00AM – 6:00PM
\n
• Every third Saturday morning shift, 8:00AM – 12:00PM
\n

Duties of a Service Advisor:\n

\n
• Welcome customers and identify their service requirements
\n
• Advise customers on repairs and maintenance options
\n
• Prepare accurate job cards, quotes, and work estimates
\n
• Act as a liaison between customers and workshop personnel
\n
• Maximise sales opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
\n
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly
\n

Requirements of a Service Advisor:\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
\n
• Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer service
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
