\nKey Responsibilities:

- Preparing detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations \n
- Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning \n
- Supporting Financial Advisers with client reviews and advice preparation \n
- Analysing client information and preparing cashflow and financial planning documents \n
- Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information \n
- Ensuring all advice documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards \n
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems \n
- Supporting the smooth progression of client cases from initial advice through to completion \n
- Keeping up to date with industry changes, regulations, and financial products \n
- Building strong working relationships with advisers and internal teams \n
Experience and Skills Requirements

- Previous experience within a Paraplanner role or similar financial planning support position \n
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification required \n
- Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning \n
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills \n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure \n
- Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and financial planning software \n
- Proactive, positive, and committed approach to personal development \n
