CNC Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operative to join a leading bespoke textile manufacturing company based in Eastbourne on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC operative looking to develop their skills within a busy and growing manufacturing environment.

Duties will include:

• Operating CNC textile cutting machines efficiently and safely
\n
• Producing high-quality cut materials in line with customer specifications
\n
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring attention to detail at all times
\n
• Working closely with production and other departments to meet deadlines
\n
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
\n
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department
\n

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating CNC machinery, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards improving processes and productivity.

The pay rate for this role is £13.50 per hour, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
