A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in the Warrington area. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
\n
• Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, reconciliations, cashflow and month-end processes.
\n
• Produce management information and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
\n
• Maintain strong financial controls, compliance procedures and audit readiness.
\n
• Support and develop finance team members while driving process improvements.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar finance leadership role.
\n
• Strong understanding of month-end processes, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls.
\n
• Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
\n
• AAT Level 4, part-qualified or equivalent experience preferred
\n
