\nMon-Fri 9am-6pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am-1pm
\nSalary from £29,879 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
\n\nOur client, a successful and well-established main dealer, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and at least 1 year of main dealer experience who is looking for long-term career progression within a respected automotive group.

\n\nThe Role
\nAs a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
\n\nKey responsibilities include:
\nManaging customer bookings and service enquiries
\nAdvising customers on maintenance and repair requirements
\nUpselling additional work where appropriate
\nMaintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
\nWorking to deadlines in a busy aftersales environment
\nDelivering exceptional customer service at all times
\n\nWe are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
\nA minimum of 1 year's main dealer Service Advisor experience
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nExperience within a customer service or sales environment
\nDrive, commitment and enthusiasm
\nThe ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of customer relationships
\nA proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
\nResidence within a commutable distance of Carlisle
\n\nSalary & Bonus
\nStarting salary from £29,879 depending on experience
