Duties of a Vehicle Technician:\n

• Repair and service vehicles accurately and efficiently, adhering to brand standards and within designated timeframes
\n
• Diagnose non-routine defects or additional faults during workshop inspections or road tests
\n
• Maintain and develop technical skills through regular training
\n
• Use workshop facilities and processes to optimise productivity
\n
• Complete all tasks to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction
\n
• Work safely and in compliance with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines
\n
• Strive to meet and exceed process efficiency standards
\n
• Collaborate as part of a friendly team focused on delivering excellent service
\n

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:\n

• Minimum City & Guilds/IMI NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
\n
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
\n
• Genuine commitment to producing high-quality work in a busy environment
\n
• A team player with motivation to achieve targets and develop professionally
\n
• Experience across PDI, diagnostics, MOT, or general servicing is desirable but not essential; our client is flexible on experience levels
\n
