Housing Reviews Officer needed in Slough Paying £27.27 per hr ref OR106496

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Conduct statutory and non-statutory reviews of housing decisions in accordance with housing legislation and guidance.
\n
• Investigate cases thoroughly, considering all relevant evidence and representations.
\n
• Prepare clear, detailed, and legally robust review decisions.
\n
• Ensure compliance with the Housing Act, Homelessness Reduction Act, and associated legislation.
\n
• Liaise with applicants, advocates, solicitors, and partner agencies throughout the review process.
\n
• Maintain accurate case records and produce reports as required.
\n
• Identify service improvements and contribute to policy development.
\n
• Represent the council or organisation in meetings and hearings where required.
\n
