  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and contracts.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with project requirements.
  • \n
  • Set up and close supplier frame agreements with key suppliers
  • \n
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • \n
  • Analyse market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to support decision-making processes.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Buyer should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • \n
  • Proven technical/project buying experience
  • \n
  • Familiarity with the NEC Framework
  • \n
  • CIPs qualification is ideal (or willingness to work towards)
  • \n
  • SAP experience preferred
  • \n
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
  • \n
