If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the ideal next step in your career.The Opportunity: As an Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in:\n

- Supporting operational planning to ensure safe, efficient and effective daily activities. \n
- Coordinating inbound vessel movements, including scheduling, unloading and communication with all relevant stakeholders. \n
- Monitoring stock levels and helping to optimise stock availability and stock turn. \n
- Building strong working relationships with external storage providers, suppliers and contractors. \n
- Maintaining accurate operational records while supporting compliance with industry regulations, FEMAS standards and internal quality procedures. \n
- Monitoring operational performance, identifying improvements and escalating issues where appropriate. \n
- Providing operational support and informed decision making when covering for the Operations Manager. \n

- Experience within an operations, logistics, manufacturing or terminal environment. \n
- A solid understanding of operational processes within a terminal or logistics setting. \n
- Strong organisational, planning and operational coordination skills. \n
- Excellent problem solving skills with the confidence to make informed decisions. \n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy. \n
- The ability to prioritise workloads and remain effective under pressure. \n
- Good IT skills and confidence using business systems. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- A full UK driving licence. \n
