Customer Service ManagerWednesbury | £35,000 - £45,000 | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a successful manufacturing business based in Wednesbury.

\n

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will oversee customer service operations, sales order processing and office administration, whilst leading and developing a growing team. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

    Manage the day-to-day customer service and office functions

    Oversee sales order processing and customer enquiries

    • \n
  • \n

    Lead, motivate and develop the customer service team

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

    • \n
  • \n

    Support the General Manager with operational activities

    • \n
  • \n

    Coordinate office facilities, suppliers and service providers

    • \n
  • \n

    Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies

    • \n
  • \n

    Support onboarding, Health & Safety and training activities

    • \n
  • \n

    Build strong relationships across all departments

    • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • \n

    Previous experience in a Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Administration Manager or similar leadership role

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong customer service and order processing experience

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience managing and developing teams

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent organisational and communication skills

    • \n
  • \n

    Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities

    • \n
  • \n

    Good Microsoft Office skills

    • \n
\n

Experience within manufacturing, packaging, logistics or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
