Key Responsibilities\n

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional, courteous relationships with our clients.
  • \n
  • Stock Management: Efficiently issue stock products and accurately record goods delivered into the stock system.
  • \n
  • Order Fulfilment: Release products on back order and confirm customer deliveries promptly.
  • \n
  • Inventory Control: Conduct rotational stock checks, record locations for new products, and adjust stock levels as needed.
  • \n
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where necessary.
  • \n
  • Team Collaboration: Attend site meetings and follow up on any issues within the store.
  • \n
Hours of Work\n

  • Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off rotating 12-hour shifts:\n

    • 06:00–18:00
    • \n
    • 18:00–06:00
    • \n
  • \n
  • Weekend Work: Must be committed to working weekends as part of the rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
