\nAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced 3 & 5 Axis Offline CNC Miller Programmer to join a reputable automotive engineering business. Working alongside a skilled team of CNC machinists, you'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating modern CNC milling machinery, producing bespoke and small-batch precision components across a variety of materials.
\nOffline CNC Miller Programmer Responsibilities:

- Program, set and operate 3 & 5 Axis CNC milling machines \n
- Online programming using Hurco WinMax and Fanuc control systems \n
- Offline programming using SolidCAM software \n
- Manufacture bespoke and low-volume precision components \n
- Produce tooling, fixtures and jigs where required \n
- Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks to ensure components meet specification \n
Offline CNC Miller Programmer Experience:

- Previous experience programming, setting and operating 3 & 5 Axis CNC milling machines \n
- Strong online programming experience using Hurco WinMax and/or Fanuc controls \n
- Proven offline programming experience using SolidCAM \n
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings \n
- Excellent understanding of machining processes, materials and tight tolerances \n
- Time-served CNC machining apprenticeship or equivalent (Desirable) \n
- Experience mentoring or training apprentices (Desirable) \n
