Warehouse Operative Vacancy!

Location: Enfield (EN3 area) Salary: £29,100 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation in the Enfield area. This is a varied role supporting both warehouse and production teams, with responsibilities including goods movement between multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  Unload deliveries and ensure all delivery paperwork is processed correctly

\n
• \n

  Move goods between factory and warehouse using a forklift

\n
• \n

  Transport goods between sites, including external storage, using a company van

\n
• \n

  Put stock away in the correct locations

\n
• \n

  Wrap and secure pallets ready for dispatch

\n
• \n

  Carry out quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods

\n
• \n

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and yard

\n
• \n

  Assist with inventory control and stock management

\n
• \n

  Support picking and packing operations during busy periods

\n
• \n

  Assist production teams, including working on filling lines when required

\n
• \n

  Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times

\n

Skills & Experience Required

\n
• \n

  Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment

\n
• \n

  Valid forklift (fork truck) licence

\n
• \n

  Full UK driving licence

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and teamwork skills

\n
• \n

  Good organisational and time management abilities

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and use initiative

\n
• \n

  Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods

\n
• \n

  Basic computer literacy

\n
• \n

  Awareness of health & safety practices

\n

Desirable:

  Experience working in a chemical or highly regulated environment

\n
