- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management \n
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy \n
- Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies \n
- Run a candidate experience that reflects the brand — fast, personal, well communicated \n
- Manage relationships with retained agencies where used, holding them to brief and timeline \n
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness \n
- Contribute to wider talent initiatives — EVP, DEI in hiring, early careers \n

- 3–6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role \n
- Track record of owning requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team \n
- Strong direct sourcing skills — comfortable building pipeline without waiting on agencies \n
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed \n
- Organised and data-literate — comfortable owning your own reporting \n
