Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run car garage in Aldershot for the position of Service Advisor. This role is ideally suited to a motivated and experienced Service Advisor looking to advance their career within a reputable business renowned for customer satisfaction.Benefits:\n

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

• On-target earnings of up to £40,000 with performance-related bonuses

• No weekend work; Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 6pm

Duties:\n

\n
• As a Service Advisor you'll be managing customer appointments and efficiently handling service enquiries
\n
• Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options
\n
• Upselling and promoting service plans and additional work
\n
• Maintaining accurate records of customer service histories
\n
• Liaising effectively between technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication
\n
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
\n
• Experience working with fleet customers and familiarity with fleet portals such as 1Link is advantageous
\n
• Knowledge of garage management software such as Garage Hive GMS is a plus
\n
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
\n
• Professional attitude with the ability to work well within a team
\n
