• Managing a varied caseload including divorce, complex financial remedy matters and private children cases
\n

\n

\n
• Advising on pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and related family law issues
\n

\n

\n
• Undertaking advocacy where appropriate
\n

\n

\n
• Ensuring excellent file management and regulatory compliance
\n

\n

\n
• Supporting business development and networking activities
\n

\n

\n
• Assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members
\n

\n

\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality client service
\n

Essential Requirements\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx litigator with 6+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
\n

\n

\n
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own family caseload
\n

\n

\n
• Confident undertaking advocacy
\n

\n

\n
• Experience supervising or supporting junior staff
\n

\n

\n
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
\n

\n

\n
• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business development
\n

\n

\n
• Positive, personable and proactive approach to family law
\n
