\nSalary: £32,000 per annum

\nHours: Monday to Friday | Full Time | 100% Office Based
\nSource4 Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services organisation for an experienced New Business Co-ordinator / Settlements Administrator to join their busy Operations team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services, banking, lending or asset finance who enjoys working in a fast-paced, regulated environment where accuracy, customer service and attention to detail are key.
\nThe Role
\nWorking within a supportive Operations team, you will be responsible for processing new business finance agreements through to payout, administering settlements and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProcess approved finance agreements from approval through to payout.
\nValidate customer documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met.
\nProduce settlement quotations and process early settlements and contract closures.
\nMaintain accurate customer, contract and financial records.
\nUpdate customer bank details and Direct Debit mandates.
\nRespond to customer, broker and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
\nLiaise with internal teams to ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
\nEnsure all activities comply with KYC, AML and internal regulatory procedures.
\nSupport the team with operational administration and reporting.
\nAbout You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\nPrevious administration experience within financial services, banking, lending, leasing or another regulated environment.
\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
\nStrong organisational and time management skills.
\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.
\nA proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
