Job Description
The candidate must have extensive experience in all aspects of adult social care law.

They must be able to make applications in the Court of Protection. They must also be able to undertake advocacy in that court.
\n
Must be familiar with the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
\n
Make applications in the High Court.
\n
Candidates must undertake Age Assessments and JR's generally.
\n
Candidates must have be able to make applications for Displacement of nearest relatives in the County court.
\n
This role is hybrid with Monday's in the office and the rest of the working week from home.
