Sales Administrator

Reed are proud to be supporting this business in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional. This is a key role within the organisation, providing comprehensive support to the Sales Team, reseller partners, and key account clients.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, taking ownership of a varied workload including quotations, technical support, project coordination, and handling bespoke requests. The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and prioritising customer requests from initial enquiry through to completion
\n
• Producing accurate, timely quotations and acting as an extension of the sales function
\n
• Reviewing purchase orders to ensure accuracy prior to submission to customer service
\n
• Raising and following up on Special Requests to support efficient order processing
\n
• Supporting customer projects across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through to post-delivery
\n
• Maintaining well-organised administration systems and an up-to-date customer database
\n
• Delivering prompt, thorough, and professional responses to customer enquiries
\n
• Providing technical guidance and product support to clients
\n
• Handling non-standard product enquiries and producing documentation in line with brand standards
\n

What you'll need:

• Previous experience within a sales or customer-focused environment
\n
• Understanding of sales processes, systems, and procedures
\n
• Knowledge of pricing structures and commercial policies
\n
• Strong product knowledge, including features and benefits
\n
• Excellent written and presentation skills
\n
• A willingness to learn and develop a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and internal systems (including order processing, production, and invoicing)
