• Minimum of two years' experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills
\n
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
\n
• High attention to detail
\n
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
\n

\n
• Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
\n
• Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
\n
• Checking vehicle history, recalls, warranties and service plans
\n
• Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to ensure vehicles are completed on time
\n
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and obtaining approval for additional work
\n
• Arranging courtesy cars, loan vehicles and customer travel where required
\n
• Explaining completed work and invoices clearly during vehicle handover
\n
• Maintaining up-to-date manufacturer product knowledge through ongoing training
\n
• Ensuring all legal and company procedures are followed
\n
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process
\n

\n
• Experience within a premium automotive dealership would be advantageous
\n
• Commitment to continuous professional development and manufacturer training
\n
