Vehicle Damage Assessor

Stripe Recruitment are looking for VDA Estimator for one of our growing Accident Repair Group Clients based in the Enfield.

Key responsibilities as an VDA Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
\n
• Record on computerised estimating systems
\n
• Communicate with Bodyshop Staff
\n
• Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
\n
• Communicate with customers to provide updates
\n

Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:

\n
• Must have experience working as Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre.
\n
• Must have experience using AUDATEX estimating software
\n
• Experience with "Auto Flow" software is an advantage
\n
• ATA is advantageous but not essential
\n
• Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills
\n
