A senior Director role leading technology workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, from diligence through to integration and separation. You will combine sales leadership, client delivery, and practice building within a high-growth, high-margin advisory team.

\nYou will operate as a senior leader across both sales and delivery:
\nLeadership and Strategy
\n- \n
- Shape and execute the Technology in M&A growth strategy with Private Equity clients \n
- Embed a high-performance culture visible to clients and stakeholders \n
- Drive innovation across propositions and service offerings \n
Client Delivery
\n- \n
- Lead major M&A technology engagements end-to-end \n
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side due diligence, integrations, separations, and IPO readiness \n
- Provide deep insight across technology strategy, cost, risk, and value creation \n
- Manage C-suite and private equity relationships \n
- Ensure quality, risk management, and commercial performance across engagements \n
Business Development

- Originate and convert opportunities across corporate and Private Equity clients \n
- Lead proposal development and go-to-market activity \n
- Leverage broader firm capabilities to deliver integrated solutions \n
Practice Development

- Coach and mentor junior team members \n
- Contribute to capability build and scaling of the Centre of Excellence \n
- Strengthen market reputation through consistent delivery excellence \n
Profile
\nYou will bring a blend of Private Equity relationships, M&A, technology, and consulting leadership:
\nCore Experience

- Proven track record delivering technology programmes in M&A environments \n
- Experience within a consulting firm or Private Equity \n
- Strong commercial acumen with evidence of winning and leading client engagements \n
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure deal environments \n
Technical Depth (broad, not niche)

- Technology strategy and operating models \n
- Infrastructure, cloud, and ERP landscapes \n
- Cyber security and digital transformation \n
- Technology cost optimisation and synergy delivery \n
M&A Capability

Job Offer
\nCompetitive salary ranging from £150,000 to £170,000 per annum.
