Reed Business Support are seeking a proactive and personable HR Advisor. Working closely with managers across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and commercially focused HR service that supports both employees and organisational objectives.

Day-to-Day:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • \n
  • Supporting managers with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.
  • \n
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • \n
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives.
  • \n
  • Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately.
  • \n
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
  • \n
  • Helping ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice.
  • \n

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Administrator role.
  • \n
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
  • \n
  • Sound understanding of UK employment law.
  • \n
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it (desirable).
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • \n
