The Role

• Contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in the service.

• Qualifying customer requirements and identifying opportunities.

• Booking appointments for the sales team.
\n
• Building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
\n
• Working towards appointment and performance targets.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar outbound calling role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong customer service focus.
\n
• Confident, professional, and motivated approach.
\n
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.

• Positive attitude with a drive to achieve results.
