Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

An established and forward-thinking financial planning business is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its expanding team. Working closely with Financial Planners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant advice to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fund research and analysis to support client recommendations
  • \n
  • Prepare detailed financial suitability reports and documentation
  • \n
  • Produce cashflow modelling and reports for client reviews
  • \n
  • Maintain due diligence records on funds, platforms, and providers
  • \n
  • Collaborate with advisers to identify suitable planning solutions
  • \n
  • Ensure all client records and compliance documentation meet regulatory standards
  • \n
  • Assist with tax calculations and financial planning analysis where required
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 2 years’ Paraplanning experience within an IFA environment
  • \n
  • DipPFS (Level 4) qualified or equivalent
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial planning process
  • \n
  • Experience across a range of financial products
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • \n
