This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant or Team PA who enjoys being the organisational backbone of a collaborative, high-performing team. Supporting a growing team of Relationship Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of client administration, documentation, invoicing, event coordination and team support activities. This is not a traditional client-facing or business development role. Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide dedicated administrative support to a growing team of Relationship Managers \n
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records and regulatory paperwork \n
- Process invoices and assist with financial administration tasks \n
- Coordinate client account administration and support activities \n
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date \n
- Arrange and coordinate client events, hospitality and team-hosting activities \n
- Support with meeting coordination, preparation of materials and follow-up actions \n
- Assist with diary management and scheduling across the Relationship Management team \n
- Act as a central point of coordination for team administration and operational support \n
- Participate in internal meetings, projects and team initiatives \n
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently within a regulated environment \n

- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Team PA or Client Support Administrator, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders \n
- Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills \n
- Experience working within Financial Services is essential \n
- Confident managing documentation, records and CRM systems \n
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and team activities \n
- A calm, professional and unflappable approach under pressure \n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude \n
- Demonstrable stability and longevity in previous positions \n
