Quote-to-Cash Lead

Equifind is partnering exclusively with a private equity-backed SaaS business on an exciting period of growth and transformation to recruit a Quote-to-Cash Lead — a newly created leadership role at the heart of their scale-up journey.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash function, driving modernisation, automation and operational excellence across a high-growth, technology-led organisation.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will own and transform the entire Q2C and O2C process — from contract management and billing through to collections, cash application and customer onboarding. You will be a key driver of cash conversion improvement, customer experience and the adoption of automation and AI across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash process across the business
\n
• Map, review and optimise all O2C workflows to improve controls, efficiency and customer outcomes
\n
• Drive process standardisation and scalability to support ongoing growth and future acquisitions
\n
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Technology to ensure seamless integration
\n
• Lead billing, collections, revenue operations and cash management
\n
• Build KPI frameworks and reporting across the O2C lifecycle
\n
• Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve data quality
\n
• Evaluate and deploy AI-enabled solutions across collections, forecasting and workflow management
\n
• Support ERP, CRM and billing system integrations to build a connected, scalable operating model
\n
• Build and inspire a high-performing team committed to continuous improvement
\n

The Candidate:

You will bring proven leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Shared Services or Finance Operations, with strong B2B credentials — ideally within SaaS, subscription or recurring revenue businesses.

Beyond technical expertise, you are commercially minded, data-driven and highly comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You have a genuine passion for process transformation and a track record of leveraging automation and AI to deliver meaningful, scalable change.

Essential Experience:

• Deep knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle — contract management, billing, collections, cash application and revenue recognition

• Proven ability to map, redesign and optimise complex end-to-end processes

• Strong track record in automation, digital transformation and system integration
\n
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation and ERP/CRM/billing platforms

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
