What you'll be doing

\n
• Manage day-to-day legal administration on behalf of lenders while progressing cases efficiently using the case management system
\n
• Handle incoming correspondence and client calls, delivering a professional, customer-focused service
\n
• Proactively drive cases forward to meet deadlines, ensuring all service standards and lender SLAs are achieved
\n
• Ensure all property charges are cleared and cases are completed accurately and smoothly
\n
• Arrange title insurance where required and complete monthly remortgage transactions
\n
• Contribute to team success by attending meetings, supporting colleagues, and participating in ongoing development
\n
