\nA highly respected and long-established Cumbria law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its thriving Agricultural and Property team. \nThe Role
\nYou will join a market-leading team with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial property sectors, advising a broad client base including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, investors and commercial clients.
\nYour caseload will include:

- Agricultural land sales and acquisitions \n
- Rural and farming-related property matters \n
- Commercial property transactions \n
- Acting for landowners, farmers and rural businesses \n
- Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy \n
This role has arisen due to long-term succession planning and a developing skills gap within the team, creating a rare opportunity to establish yourself in a key position with clear future progression.

About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales \n
- Ideally 3-5 years' PQE (applications outside this range will be considered) \n
- Experience in commercial property and/or agricultural property law \n
- The confidence to manage matters independently \n
- A desire to become a valued long-term member of a close-knit and successful team \n
