The Role

You will join a market-leading team with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial property sectors, advising a broad client base including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, investors and commercial clients.

Your caseload will include:

  • Agricultural land sales and acquisitions
  • \n
  • Rural and farming-related property matters
  • \n
  • Commercial property transactions
  • \n
  • Acting for landowners, farmers and rural businesses
  • \n
  • Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy
  • \n

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
  • \n
  • Ideally 3-5 years' PQE (applications outside this range will be considered)
  • \n
  • Experience in commercial property and/or agricultural property law
  • \n
  • The confidence to manage matters independently
  • \n
  • A desire to become a valued long-term member of a close-knit and successful team
  • \n
\n
