- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, from business requirement through to contract signature \n
- Deliver significant commercial value and savings across complex, high-risk spend areas \n
- Implement sourcing pipelines aligned to category strategies, ensuring delivery (and exceeding) of savings targets \n
- Apply robust governance and regulatory compliance across sourcing activity in regulated procurement environments \n
- Act as an expert negotiator, securing optimal commercial outcomes \n
- Develop and deliver innovation-driven sourcing solutions to address business challenges \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition into supplier management and contract delivery \n
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, using political awareness and strategic engagement \n
- Drive continuous improvement, demand management, and customer satisfaction initiatives \n
- Embed best practice sourcing approaches, including total cost of ownership and commercial modelling \n
Profile
\nA successful Interim IT Sourcing Manager should have:

- Extensive strategic IT sourcing experience with a proven record of delivering savings \n
- IT experience is essential. \n
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills \n
- Solid understanding of contract law and financial management \n
- Demonstrable success managing complex sourcing opportunities \n
- Experienced in cross-functional, agile working environments \n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability \n
Job Offer
