We're recruiting for a growing B2B business looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Executive to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking campaigns from concept through to execution while creating engaging marketing collateral in-house.

The role will include:

• Delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, print and events
\n
• Planning, creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to delivery
\n
• Producing creative marketing assets including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, social content and sales collateral
\n
• Writing engaging B2B copy for campaigns, articles, websites and social media
\n
• Supporting exhibitions and events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
\n
• Working closely with sales to develop campaigns that generate leads and support business growth
\n
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and recommending improvements
\n
• Managing external suppliers including print, digital and creative partners where required
\n
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing communications
\n

About you

\n
• 2+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role
\n
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
\n
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
\n
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
\n
• Experience with CMS platforms and Google Analytics
\n
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
\n
• Commercially aware with an understanding of lead generation and campaign ROI
\n
• Strong eye for design and the ability to create professional marketing collateral
\n
• Experience supporting exhibitions or events would be beneficial
\n
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms or basic HTML/CSS would be an advantage.
