The Role

\n

As Recruitment Lead, you will lead the recruitment function to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring. Working closely with internal stakeholders and client account teams, you will ensure recruitment objectives are met, provide an excellent candidate experience, oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, and drive continuous improvement across all recruitment activities.

Leadership:

  • Lead and develop the recruitment function to achieve vacancy targets and meet client SLAs.
  • \n
  • Manage a part time Recruitment Executive - performance through coaching, training and appraisals.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing recruitment processes and proactively resolving issues.
  • \n

Recruitment:

    \n
  • Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent, including senior management roles.
  • \n
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and full ATS utilisation.
  • \n
  • Build talent pipelines, identify market trends, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth and employee retention.
  • \n

Reporting & Data:

\n
    \n
  • Produce recruitment reports and insights using Excel, the ATS and Power BI to track performance, trends and key initiatives.
  • \n
  • Analyse market and competitor activity, providing recommendations and executive summaries to clients and account teams.
  • \n
\n

Admin:

\n
    \n
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and relevant legislation, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • \n
  • Manage vacancy advertising, onboarding and new starter administration, delivering an engaging candidate experience.
  • \n
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
  • \n

Field Engagement:

\n
    \n
  • Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings to stay aligned with business needs.
  • \n
  • Deliver recruitment workshops and guidance to hiring managers, promoting best practice and process updates.
  • \n
\n

About You:

\n

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who has hands on knowledge of the full 360 lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong team player.
  • \n
  • Approachable, adaptable and proactive.
  • \n
  • Competent using ATS/LinkedIn/Job boards.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Excel and drawing reports providing insight.
  • \n
  • Live within commutable distance of Thame and have your own transport for field visits, when required.
  • \n

The Package:

  • Full time, permanent role.

  • Hybrid, offering 3 in the office, 2 WFH.

  • £30-33k DOE.
