\nThe Role
\nAs Recruitment Lead, you will lead the recruitment function to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring. Working closely with internal stakeholders and client account teams, you will ensure recruitment objectives are met, provide an excellent candidate experience, oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, and drive continuous improvement across all recruitment activities.
\nLeadership:

- Lead and develop the recruitment function to achieve vacancy targets and meet client SLAs. \n
- Manage a part time Recruitment Executive - performance through coaching, training and appraisals. \n
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing recruitment processes and proactively resolving issues. \n
Recruitment:
\n- \n
- Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent, including senior management roles. \n
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and full ATS utilisation. \n
- Build talent pipelines, identify market trends, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth and employee retention. \n
Reporting & Data:

- Produce recruitment reports and insights using Excel, the ATS and Power BI to track performance, trends and key initiatives. \n
- Analyse market and competitor activity, providing recommendations and executive summaries to clients and account teams. \n
Admin:
\n- \n
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and relevant legislation, maintaining accurate records and documentation. \n
- Manage vacancy advertising, onboarding and new starter administration, delivering an engaging candidate experience. \n
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects as required. \n
Field Engagement:
\n- \n
- Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings to stay aligned with business needs. \n
- Deliver recruitment workshops and guidance to hiring managers, promoting best practice and process updates. \n
About You:
\nWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who has hands on knowledge of the full 360 lifecycle.

- Approachable, adaptable and proactive. \n
- Competent using ATS/LinkedIn/Job boards. \n
- Knowledge of Excel and drawing reports providing insight. \n
- Live within commutable distance of Thame and have your own transport for field visits, when required. \n
The Package:

- Full time, permanent role. \n
- Hybrid, offering 3 in the office, 2 WFH. \n
- £30-33k DOE. \n
